  • Welcoming all customers in person, full day course, run by Welcome To Excellence, customer service trainers this program goes beyond Equality Act 2010 compliance to provide practical, proactive strategies for creating a truly inclusive and welcoming environment for every visitor. This course has been established over 20 years.
