The Isle of Thanet covers almost 40 square miles (103.30km2) on the north-east coast of Kent – the Garden of England.

Thanet is in easy driving distance of the City of Canterbury (15.1 miles, 24.3km), mainland Europe via Dover (22.3 miles, 35.8km) and Folkestone (27.5 miles, 44.3km), and just 76 minutes by train from Ramsgate to St Pancras International London.
